I hereby grant irrevocable permission to EBASS AFRICA along with its affiliates and subsidiaries, to use my name, image, nickname, initials, photographs, voice, statements, and videos (collectively, my “Identity”) in connection with my participation in the 2025 EBASS AFRICA R 500,00 Elite Classic and or the EBASS AFRICA R 1,000,000 Africa Challenge tournaments.
This includes the right to reproduce, display, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use my Identity in promotional materials related to EBASS AFRICA and its events. These materials may be used in print, videos, EBASS AFRICA -owned websites, third-party websites, social media, public relations campaigns, and any other lawful promotional purpose at EBASS AFRICA's sole discretion.
During tournaments, I agree to comply fully with all EBASS AFRICA filming requirements, including camera placements and any other related rules or instructions.
I confirm that I have the right to grant this release and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights. If I have sponsors or affiliations requiring permission for the use of their logos, insignia, trade dress, or other intellectual property (collectively, “Third-Party IP”), I will ensure that EBASS AFRICA has the necessary rights to include such Third-Party IP in materials featuring my Identity. If this Third-Party IP appears solely in connection with my Identity (e.g., on my apparel or equipment), EBASS AFRICA will not need further approval from those third parties.
I acknowledge that EBASS AFRICA is not obligated to use my Identity or any related materials. I waive any right to review or approve the final product or how it is used. I also agree that EBASS AFRICA will not be liable for any distortion or altered appearance of my Identity in the materials. Furthermore, I understand that I will not receive any payment or compensation for EBASS AFRICA's use of my Identity as described in this agreement.
