INDEMNITY & LIABILITY RELEASE

By signing this agreement, I release the EBASS AFRICA — including its committee, sponsors, agents, employees and the Emerald Resort and Casino — from any responsibility for injuries or property damage that may occur while participating in any EBASS AFRICA event.

Agreement Not to Sue & Waiver of Insurance Claims

I agree not to sue EBASS AFRICA for any injuries or damages I may experience or cause, whether they happen now or in the future, as a result of participating in an EBASS AFRICA event.

I take full responsibility for my actions and agree to protect EBASS AFRICA from any legal claims, including covering any court costs or attorney fees that may arise.

I understand that by signing this waiver, I give up my right—as well as my insurance provider's right—to seek reimbursement from EBASS AFRICA for any claims paid on my behalf.

I also acknowledge that my heirs and relatives will not be able to file any claims against EBASS AFRICA for liability.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this agreement, along with all EBASS AFRICA tournament rules.
